Steps to reproduce:
- Open a PDF (with multiple lines of text below each other)
- Select the highlight tool
- Highlight line of text
- Highlight another line of text below the previous one
- Click on the text highlighted in step 3
- Hover over the Color Picker and Delete buttons
Actual results:
The highlight from step 4 is clickable instead of the button.
Expected results:
You can interact with the buttons even if they overlap a more recent highlight.
