Steps to reproduce

- See a mispositioned site toolbar, of the size of Fenix's toolbar.
Expected behavior
No blank space.
Actual behavior
See screenshot.

- Android device model: one plus 11
- Android OS version:
Any additional information?

Confirmed that this could be caused by toolbar redesign work. I'll look into the cause and revert the change.

Blocks toolbar nightly milestone bug 1894466.
Regression is expected to be reverted in bug 1895748.

It is not clear to me if 127 is affected, I see that the whole feature was reverted in bug 1895748 end of last week but this is on NIghtly, what is the status of this feature and bug in beta?

We won't be able to uplift this change since the revert is too large.
