Thunderbird.net will be getting a redesign that will hopefully go live on the 16th of May. Some of the routes linked on Thunderbird will no longer exist, however we will still redirect the user to the appropriate place.

The following links have changed:

• /get-involved will turn into /participate
• /get-involved/#translation will just go to /participate (the accordion is within the first scroll of the page.)
• /features does not have an equivalent yet and will link to the homepage.

Additionally participate, about, and contact are no longer locked to english-only. So please remove any language code embedded in the link.

Since we'll have the redirects up for the site launch this isn't super urgent! Apologies for short notice on these.

I think we should evaluate if we want to keep the features entry in the first place. Not sure if we have data on how popular that is, but I'm not convinced it's the most useful entry in the help menus.

Geoff's heat maps probably have some indication how popular it is? My guess is almost never used, as well.

User impact if declined: Links that don't make sense (features/tour), unnecessary redirects
Testing completed (on c-c, etc.): Tested on c-c.
Risk to taking this patch (and alternatives if risky): Low risk, this patch removes useless menu entries, the next one updates links to avoid a redirect.
