"please change db_driver to mariadb" message doesn't ask the user to run checksetup.pl again after doing so.

Bug 1896055 added a message that the user needed to edit localconfig and change the db_driver to 'mariadb', but the message given fails to inform the user that they need to run checksetup.pl again after doing so.
