Preconditions:

Steps to reproduce:
- Navigate to: https://www.spirit.com/book/passenger
Expected Behavior:
- Loads without error message
- If there is a cookie banner, dismissing clears grey overlay
Actual Behavior:
- Big red error message
- Cookie banner shows intermittently
- Grey overlay only clears intermittently
Notes:
The grey overlay is intermittent, sometimes it appears without cookie banner and cannot be dismissed. Sometimes it works fine.

I see the red error message in Chrome, Firefox and Safari. Once I saw incomplete clearing of the cookie-banner greyout in Firefox
This is caused by a network resource being blocked by Akamai, so this is bug 1903597.
