1898250 - Add telemetry to sidebar

We're going to use Glean and have existing probes in the sidebar also report to glean. We need to add all of the events in this spreadsheet for rows 1-17 and the metric types listed in rows 29-32.

Please add the fields exactly as in the spreadsheet so Vanessa can easily put the dashboard together.

Thanks for catching. Filed Bug 1923366 to address this.
