currently we do not run web-platform-tests on macosx aarch64 machines due to lack of machines available. Running a very targeted set is possible and this is straightforward to do with tags. I know there is a new desire to make subsuites, and we should put the time in to make those subsuites work for all tag based tests (webgpu, privatebrowsing, etc.) in a future bug.
