I'm adding some custom use counters, and Emlio is going to get more email because his email is auto included in the generation template.
It would be nice to perhaps add more emails for custom use counters.

Hmm. It appears that at least one person has tried to manually do this, raising the importance of this IMO: It's going to make gen-user-counter-metrics very painful to use very soon.

The generator template also does not allow customizing the bugs and data_reviews fields.
