Currently pinned tabs has a different treatment for the sound playing/mute button compared to non-pinned tabs, and we want to apply that styling to all tabs in vertical tabs mode, per the spec.

In the expanded state we should also hide the SOUNDPLAYING labels under the tab title if this is easy enough to do.
