when mozilla starts up it will crash everytime and will not go much further than
the splash screen.  i had my harddrive name in korean characters.  i am not sure
if mozilla crashes for all multi-byte characters, but for korean it does.  once
the harddrive is renamed to english however, mozilla will continue and load fine.  

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.rename the harddrive to 왕따
2.startup mozilla or netscape 7.0
3.

mozilla crashes at splash screen

go past splash screen
