For QA test that this still behaves as before ( except there is no request for video and image file permission)

Verified as fixed on the latest Nightly 129.0a1 from 07/05 with Samsung Galaxy A53 5G (Android 14) and Samsung Galaxy S24 (Android 14). The permissions to allow access to photos/images is no longer displayed on devices with A13+.
