We transferred https://as-bugzy.herokuapp.com to Mozilla's enterprise account and would like to make sure team members from the OMC team (which maintains it) have access. My heroku account is mviar@mozilla.com

You should have an invite from people.mozilla.org inviting to you the heroku-members group. Once you accept that, you'll get access to Heroku via https://sso.mozilla.com (look for the Heroku button)
