Steps to reproduce:

Nothing just updated to the latest nightly

Play any YouTube shorts or X videos

YouTube shorts(non short videos works fine i think)
X(Twitter) videos have that issue too

I tried a new Firefox nightly profile and troubleshoot mode, but the problem remained.

Actual results:

Glitching video similar to what was seen in the video i attached

Expected results:

The video plays without any issues.
