Steps to reproduce:
Just browsing my Twitter feed when I noticed a video post was not playing properly.
Actual results:
Somewhere between the build from 2024-06-07-21-37-27 and the build from 2024-06-08-09-29-32 video playback on Twitter (X.com) stopped working properly, the video image updates in chunks and is quite choppy. The video seems to play fine when opened in fullscreen mode, and the audio seems to be fine.
Expected results:
The video should not be choppy and should not only be updating small chunks of the image at any given moment.
