There is still help text that describes prefs UI that allows you block "what's
related" by domain.
I checked Netscape 7, and it doesn't have the entry in the help file.
On irc, people were not clear on whether this text is for a to-be-added UI
feature, or if it should be removed.

This appears to be fixed by the recent checkin, it is removed, but the index
entry is still present.

Brant, searching in the help menu is a help menu issue, not documentation.
