Operating system: Android 14/ Android 13
Firefox version: Firefox Release 126.0.1 (2016023311-🦎126.0.1-20240526221752🦎)/ Firefox Nightly 128.0a1 (2016025679-🦎128.0a1-20240608210527🦎)

Steps to reproduce:

1. Navigate to: https://x.com/home
2. Scroll the page and locate a video (mp4/GIF)
3. Play and observe

Expected Behavior:
Media plays

Actual Behavior:
Video is choppy and presents issues

Notes:

• Reproduces regardless of the status of ETP
• Reproduces in Firefox Nightly
• Does not reproduce in Firefox Release, Chrome

I'll close this as a duplicate of 1901370. We fixed this with a backout on 2024-06-09, but according to the build ID shown by Raul in comment 0, he tested on 20240608210527. There are a couple of issues with high latencies on Fenix Nightly updates on Google Play, so it might take another day or days to get a newer update, but this should be fixed. :)
