This is a video health service. It seems like the sign-in page will load with Chrome Mask, but it's unclear if the actual service will work in that case. If it's actually broken then the problem is almost certainly WebRTC related, but I don't think there's much we can do without a contact or a login, so I think the next step here is to try outreach.
