Steps to reproduce:
Can no longer make a mental health appointment on Teladoc with Firefox. It's completely broken: When trying to make a mental health appointment in Firefox on Teladoc, the page will show Teladoc's custom spinner. Even waiting for 2 hours (I tested it for that long) yields no results beyond the spinner.
Things I've already done:
- Uninstalled and then reinstalled Firefox.
- Tested with a brand new Firefox profile with absolutely no user extensions, no user plugins, and no user setting modifications.
- Repeated tests a total of 10 times on multiple dates to confirm this issue beyond any reasonable doubt.
- Contacted Teladoc. They told me they do not have test accounts to share to help debug. They also told me that only Chrome is supported and I should "just switch to Chrome". Um, no.
Recommendation: Contact the Mozilla team and have someone there with a Teladoc account perform thorough testing. Either that, or create an account on Teladoc by clicking the 'Get Started' button on https://member.teladoc.com/signin
Teladoc is literally used by millions of people, and having it not work in Firefox needs to be addressed promptly.
Thank you.
