Currently the tortoise and hare icons in the Read aloud speed slider lack programmatic labels. A tooltip (title attribute) can be used to explicitly label them as Slow/Fast. With the comfort settings update, the voice select dropdown also no longer reads out "Voice" before the name of the voice, so we want to use aria-label to restore this.
