"Update Reminders" link in a reminder email is broken

Clicking the "Update Reminders" link in a bug reminder email sends the user to a page with Unknown tab: reminders" is not a legal tab name.
The link in question is https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/userprefs.cgi?tab=reminders", so it appears we have an extra " somewhere.
