I have confirmed this on 2 different sites ( http://www.ups.com, http://www.cars.com) Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Visit a page that sets a cookie. 2. Cookie popup comes up, all fields are empty. 3. Actual Results: Fields are empty. Expected Results: The fields in the cookie popup should be populated.
