In bug 1845340 we added an xpcshell test, netwerk/test/unit/test_hpke_out_of_process.js, to verify that OHTTP keyconfig caching is restricted to the parent process. As detailed in the earlier bug, there were some problems getting this test to run on Android, which seem to be related to certain about page assets not being packaged on Android (described in bug 1845340 comment 16, and tracked in bug 1904406).

Once bug 1904406 is fixed, we should enable out of process test for Android--hopefully there won't be any additional changes needed, but if there are, this bug captures that work.
