1904652 - Saved logins list is visible when putting the app in background and then bringing it back on foreground

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to SavedLogins page via 3-dot menu -> Passwords
2. Put app in background
3. Bring the app back in foreground

Expected behavior

The saved logins list screen should have been closed and the visible screen should be the one we were when we pressed the 3-dot menu

Actual behavior

The saved login screen is visible
