The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Core::Graphics' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please correct in case you think the bot is wrong.

CLumsyKnight: This seems unexpected, and probably a regression? Could you please use mozregression to determine when this regressed, up to maybe a year back?
Is it possible to capture a screen recording of what's happening, too? This might help us determine a better triage owner.
Also, it'd be great if you could attach what gets put into your clipboard by the Copy raw data to clipboard button in about:support.
Tentatively triaging as S2, since this seems severe. The spread of this issue is unclear.
This may be a duplicate of bug 1903048.

[A few drive-by notes when looking at the group of bugs that were linked up with bug 1903048:]
(In reply to Erich Gubler [:ErichDonGubler] from comment #2)
CLumsyKnight: This seems unexpected, and probably a regression?
Probably not a regression (or not a recent one) given that the bug is being reported for version 115 (based on comment 0 UA-string, and based on the linked profile which says "Name and version: Waterfox 115" in the Profile Info section.)
This may be a duplicate of bug 1903048.
Probably not the same as that one, actually -- notable differences:
- Bug 1903048 and friends (notably bug 1897444) seem to have been regressions in v127, whereas this bug here is about 115 per above.
- Bug 1903048 and friends seem to be specific to Adreno GPU, whereas this bug here is about gtx 1070 (from NVIDIA)
Reporter: would you mind seeing if you can reproduce this same issue in an up-to-date Firefox install? This might be something that's already been fixed since 115 was released (nearly a year ago).

(presumably it'll get fixed in waterfox too once they update to a new enough version of the codebase that has whatever fixed this.)
