Steps to reproduce

1. In Firefox Nightly, on a Google Pixel Tablet (or perhaps any tablet), open a tab & visit a site that does not have a favicon, e.g. https://example.org
2. Open another tab and visit a site that does have a favicon for comparison, e.g. https://www.google.com
3. Compare the favicons in the tab-strip.

Expected behavior

The synthesized/fallback favicon for the first site should be large enough to see the letter, and it should make reasonable use of the space available.

Actual behavior

The synthesized/fallback favicon is extremely small, taking up barely any space in the favicon area. It's too small to easily make out what the letter is.

• Firefox version: 129.0a1 (latest Nightly)
• Android device model: Google Pixel Tablet
• Android OS version: 14

Any additional information?

There are other places in the UI where the synthesized/fallback favicon shows up -- e.g. "Jump back in" and the shortcut tiles on the home screen -- but in both of those places, the icon is a little bit bigger, so it's slightly easier to make out in those cases.
