Actual results:
The toggles look bad only on Firefox 130 (Windows). I tested it with a completely clean install on Windows Sandbox.

This looks a lot like bug 1877719. Reporter, does the problem go away if you disable layout.tables.scrollable-cells in about:config?

You're right. Changing that preferences fixes this.
