Steps to reproduce:
I opened a video on a web page. The player had a video expansion which usually expands to a portrait mode. I selected it. Running Samsung Galaxy S22, running OneUI version 6.1, and Android version 14.
Actual results:
This caused the video to go into portrait mode (Expected). However there is a large purple empty tool bar at the top of the screen. Annoying as that is, it also hides the button that exits portrait mode. So I need to basically close Firefox to get out of the video.
Expected results:
The video should have adjusted to portrait mode, no large empty purple tool bar should have appeared, and I should have access to the video players controls.

Hi! Thanks for reporting the bug!
Could you please provide a link to the webpage so we could reproduce the bug? If you could also provide us with a screenshot of the app, it would be very helpful!
I've tested this using the latest Nightly 131.0a1 from 08/26 and I didn't reproduce the mentioned issue on my Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra (Android 14), nor on Samsung Galaxy A53 5G (Android 14). This could have indeed been fixed with 11907519. Closing as Worksforme.
