1907387 - Upgrade Firefox 129 beta to use NSS 3.102.1

The patch for Bug 1906245 has already landed on NSS_3_102_BRANCH. Let's wait to tag NSS 3.102.1 in case there are any other changes we want to backport. The last early beta for Firefox builds on July 19, and the last beta uplifts need to be in before July 26.
