Meta bug for "Upgrade Firefox X to use NSS Y".

Please follow the NSS Release Management process, and keep the NSS: Release Versions page up to date. The "Upgrade Firefox X+1" bug should be created after Firefox X is merged to beta. The bug should be a P1 task, it should be assigned to the NSS team member who will cut the release, and it should have the "leave-open" keyword so that beta versions of NSS can be uplifted under the same bug.
