1907761 - Offline Folder dialog has wrong background color with dark themes.

With dark themes open in the Account Settings in Synchronization & Storage (a IMAP Account is needed) by pressing the Advanced... button. See the two different background colors.

In stand-alone mode (menu File/Offline/Download/Sync Now...) the dialog isn't tall enough.
