This bug is for producing some documentation about comment 0. Currently, there's no information available anywhere about what the various things in it mean. This includes the alert summary table that we link to in the comment.

A lot of this was added to the perftest-in-a-nutshell doc, but I didn't add anything about the alert summary page there. See bug 1906101.
