Steps to reproduce
- Have the URL bar on top
- Play a video in full screen
- Issue is not present when it on the bottom
Expected behavior
No grey bar on top

Thank you for reporting this, I can confirm this issue is present in the latest Nightly 130.0a1, due to recent changes. I'll close this as a duplicate of 1907519.
