Steps to reproduce:
- Launch Thunderbird 115.12.2 (64-bit) without internet connection (Windows 11 Pro 23H2)
Actual results:
Error popup about the missing internet connection is misplaced (truncated in top left corner). This is a regression (bug introduced in one of the previous versions).
Expected results:
Error popup about the missing internet connection is shown in lower right corner not truncated.

Looks like it's fixed in 128.0.1 (message not shown at all anymore).
