Steps to reproduce:

Watching streams on Twitch

Actual results:

sometimes the "buffering circle/ring" will appear, even though the stream itself is going just fine without any buffering issue.

Expected results:

the "Buffering ring" not appearing when the stream is playing fine without any issue.

i noticed that happening in the newest Firefox Nightly releases.

Edit: it actually occurs more often with the newest Nightly versions.
I tried refreshing, i tried different streams, i tried closing Nightly waiting for a bit and opening it again, i tried rebooting. The buffering ring is still there, even though the streams are just going fine without any problem.

Update: This problem is not happening on Firefox 129b5.
The problem seem to not affect the streaming service "Kick"

For me the loading icon stays on 100% of the time

For me the loading icon stays on 100% of the time

i also tried Troubleshoot Mode, and the loading circle is still happening.

Not sure how relevant this is, but I get this in the console when clicking play. It doesn't appear on chromium.

Since yesterday evening, this bug seem to be fixed, so far.

Can some others confirm as well?

Hi, I've tried to reproduce this using Nightly 130.0a1 on macOS 13.6. It works fine to me, so by theraptor01's last comment, I will close this issue as
RESOLVED - WORKSFORME.
