Steps to reproduce:

scroll YouTube Shorts or open New Tab (screenshot in attached file. its rare on that tab like 1 of 100)
But on Shorts its every 12-15 scroll.
i use only 1 extension: Adblock Plus.
also i have old hardware:
Fx8150
DDR3(4x4gb)
1080ti
SSD samsung evo 850
maybe page scripts loading/work too slow...thats why=(
