Preconditions :
Set the following prefs:
sidebar.revamp - true
sidebar.verticalTabs - true

Steps to reproduce

1. Open the sidebar and take note of the + (Open a New Tab) button
2. Reach Customize toolbar and drag the new tab button to another place in the browser toolbar
3. Observe the Sidebar (Open a New Tab) button

Expected result

• "Open a new tab button" should not be removed from the sidebar

Actual result

• "Open a New Tab" button is removed from the sidebar

Thanks for the bug, we're adding a new "new tab" button in bug 1899336 for this very reason :)
