Steps to reproduce
- Open the latest Nightly 130.0a1.
- Visit a website, then tap a link inside the website.
- Tap the back arrow button, then tap the forward arrow button on the navigation toolbar, within 5 seconds.
- Once the "Long press on navigation bar" CFR is displayed, change the orientation to Landscape mode.
- Change the orientation back to Portrait mode.
- Observe if the "Long press on navigation bar" CFR is displayed again in the Portrait orientation.
Expected behavior
The "Long press on navigation bar" CFR is dismissed when changing the orientation from Portrait to Landscape, but it should remain displayed/reappear when changing the orientation back to Portrait mode.
Actual behavior
The "Long press on navigation bar" CFR is dismissed when changing the orientation from Portrait to Landscape, but is no longer shown when changing the orientation back to Portrait mode.

- Firefox version: Nightly 130.0a1 from 07/30
- Android device model: Google Pixel 8 Pro, Xiaomi 12 Pro
- Android OS version: Android 14, Android 13

Note that the expected result is based on the current behavior of the Navigation Bar CFR, which is is dismissed when changing the orientation from Portrait to Landscape, but it should remain displayed/reappear when changing the orientation back to Portrait mode, as shown in the video recording attached.

This is expected behavior. We don't show the CFR in landscape mode because the navbar is hidden in landscape mode. But Aarjav says we should still show the CFR when the user rotates back to portrait mode because we should the CFR until the user dismisses it.
