This is a QA Meta bug to track all bugs logged by QA for QA-2258 Android Toolbar Redesign - phase 1: nav bar.

Moving this QA tracking bug to our Toolbar Beta milestone (bug 1894468). We'll enable toolbar phase 1 in Nightly in bug 1894466 and then address the bugs that QA reports here before we enable the toolbar phase 1 in Beta.
