STR:

1. Load a video on www.ardmediathek.de (example video). You may need VPN access to a DE server.
2. Enable captions for the video and ensure captions appear on the original video
3. Enable PiP via the on-hover toggle, address bar toggle, or context menu toggle

Expected:

• captions are rendered on PiP window for the video

Actual:

• no captions are rendered on the PiP window
