Hello, I am using digital certificates for emails as well as for web pages. That
is, I often need to check the certificates, set the trusts and those things. It
always bother me that I have to go to menu "edit - preferences - privacy and
security - certificates" and click on certificate manager.
It would be very nice if the certificate manager would be in the "tools"-menu,
there are lots of other manager tools anyway. It would just fit beautiful in there.

does version 2.4 mean it would be implemented in Mozilla v2.4? That would be
years in the future, is that necessary for such little new menu option?

No, PSM has it's own version numbering scheme, separate from Mozilla version
numbers.
