Release Note Request (optional, but appreciated)
[Why is this notable]:
We're deprecating support for an older form of media playback support that relies on a 3rd party library we no longer want to maintain.
[Affects Firefox for Android]:
Rolling out in 131.
[Suggested wording]:
Deprecation of HLS playlist support in the Fenix mobile browser. Extended testing showed no adverse impact as newer playback technologies have been widely adopted by web sites. It's also worth noting that Firefox Desktop has never supported HLS.

Added a slightly reworded note to the Fx131 nightly release notes, please allow 30 minutes for the site to update.
Keeping the relnote-firefox flag as ? to keep it on the radar for inclusion in the final Fx131 release notes

Re-opening and removing relnote from Fx131 since this was reverted by bug 1913403 for 131.0b2
