Steps to reproduce:

  1. Click the 'three-dot' menu.
  2. Click the "Bookmarks" button.
  3. Observe the list of folders.

Actual results:

Multiple folders named 'folder1' and 'New Folder Name' are present.

Expected results:

Each folder should have a unique name to easily identify its contents.

I don't think Firefox ever creates folders with these names, but they were entered by the user. Can't you just avoid creating these duplicates in the first place, or rename them after the fact once you notice?
