Steps to reproduce:
- Click the 'three-dot' menu.
- Click the "Bookmarks" button.
- Tap the Plus-Icon sign to create a new folder.
- Enter a name that already exists.
- Save the folder.
Actual results:
No warning or error is provided for the creation of folders with duplicate names
Expected results:
There should be a validation check and prompt to ensure the entered folder name is valid.
For example, a warning or error should be displayed if the name is a duplicate.
Notes:
The 'Save' icon also should be greyed out and cannot be clicked.

Note that desktop allows duplicates and shows no errors or warnings. When considering Sync, Fenix must therefore always handle and allow duplicates, and it would seem odd if Fenix complains when a user edits a bookmark created without warning on Desktop. For better or worse, this is actually very common on desktop - it's very easy to "accidentally" end up with many folders called "New Folder".
It's not clear Fenix should do this in isolation - ie, I'd think that all Firefoxes should be consistent here.
