Steps to reproduce

  1. Launch Firefox and open a new tab.
  2. Click on the dedicated search button.
  3. Enter searchmode for any search engine.
  4. Open a new tab.
  5. Go back to the tab from step 3.

Expected result

  • Search mode is still enabled for the selected engine.

Actual result

  • Search mode is cleared.
