When right clicking a tab, you can use the context menu to "Close multiple tabs" with a submenu that includes options for closing tabs to the left or tabs to the right. We should update these strings so that they make sense when using the new sidebar and vertical tabs.
As outlined in this document, if vertical tabs has been enabled, we should use "Close Tabs Above" and "Close Tabs Below" here rather than "Close Tabs to Right" and "Close Tabs to Left".
