New URL - there's a redirect from the old one

At present, you get a brief view of the page, and then suddenly just a blank
page with an indefinte loading.
Browser-spoofing doesn't work either.
Crashes Safari 1.0 v85.5 hard

They are using html 4.01 and framsets
This URL from the frameset seems to be the culprit:

as far as I can tell, they are using MSIE only javascript to load a lot of
page-content. Turning off javascript gives you *some* content

All the other sub-frames display correctly.
