STR:

  1. Start with sidebar.revamp = true.
  2. Open the History sidebar (Ctrl+H).
  3. Hover the mouse cursor over the sidebar close button.

Expected:
Tooltip appears with "Close sidebar" text.

Actual:
No hover tooltip appears.
