Steps to reproduce:
Open a new Tab, when in dark-theme or open a dark-themed website
Nightly 131.0a1 (2024-08-28) (64-bit) on Windows 11. System theme is "dark". Nightly setup to follow system-theme.
Actual results:
Displays a white border below the address / url bar
Expected results:
maybe the white border should not be there?
