Steps to reproduce:
1- I opened my Telegram web account at https://web.telegram.org
2- I reacted to a message with an animated reaction emoji
3- I switched tabs
Actual results:
The picture in picture feature added in the last update showed the animated emoji playing in the tab I switched into
Expected results:
Animated emojis should not be treated as videos. Picture in picture should have not triggered
