Thunderbird cannot see some mail of Office365 Account and they mails seems encrypted and not decoded

Looks like bug 1890230. Right click the folder and use Repair Folder.
Status: UNCONFIRMED → RESOLVED

Not related to PGP/SMIME encryption.
